But all workarounds from this thread and find in internet does not help. I use this steps to get hdmi output work. 1. Turn on TV. 2. Reboot PC. The HDMI is work fine. If PC reboot without TV is on, HDMI will be broken. In Windows 7 issue does not been. Starts from Windows 8.1 and have on current Windows 10. AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series
